I have always enjoyed sport and keeping fit, so when I fell pregnant I wanted to continue this part of my life. However, I was unsure what I would be able to do to ensure my babys safety and mine. I met with Kate, who not only worked out a programme for me but gave me reassurance about classes I could continue with and exercises I should avoid. She explained the changes my body would be going through both pre and post natal. I attended Kates body balance class right up to week 36. Kate was always on hand to give me advice and check how things were going. Not only has she been a great instructor, but has also become a friend and I would highly recommend her to anyone else who wants to stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and afterwards. I have had a beautiful baby daughter and still attend Kates classes when I can.
