Mummy's Tummy's Postnatal classes are designed for MUMS!!

Whether you've recently had a baby or if your child is at

 pre-school,

its never too late to get that pre pregnancy figure back!

This is the time when your body needs to be treated with care and good attention to safe exercise technique.

Mummy's Tummy's classes will help you to strengthen and repair areas of your body that have been affected during pregnancy

The immediate postnatal period can be a difficult time in terms of commiting to a regular exercise routine.

However, exercise during this period does have a number of benefits:

*Increase Pelvic Floor strength

*Alleviating Postnatal Depression

Vaginal Delivery - 6 weeks

Caesarean Delivery - 8-10 weeks
